Learning Spanish in South America

If you want to learn Spanish travelling to South America for a visit is one of the best things you can consider. Go to South America for one month or two and you’ll definitely pick up a great deal of Spanish, go for three months or more and if you are speaking just Spanish you could definitely reach a decent level of fluency. Provided you get yourself a sound basis in the structure and grammar of the language, you can definitely speak enough in 3 months to become very fluent indeed.

In addition, you will have such a great time in most places you go to stay in South America. And a fun learning environment is the very best learning environment.

An advantage that much of South America has over Spain as a destination to learn Spanish is that many consider the South American Spanish accents to be the best. In Spain the Spanish is a little more choppy and they speak with a lisp on the ‘th’ that South American’s don’t have. Read this article on learning Spanish in Spain: Go to Spain to Learn Spanish
