Another way of losing fat is to have nutritious diet. It is advised to take food as raw as possible in order to avoid the excessive fat as raw food only contains natural fat which is healthy. Some of the best raw foods includes fruits such as apples, pineapples and carrots, and vegetables like onions and cauliflowers.
